Wash. Admin. Code § 246-240-001
This chapter contains the requirements and provisions for the medical use of radioactive material and for issuance of specific licenses authorizing the medical use of this material. These requirements and provisions provide for the radiation safety of workers, the general public, patients, and human research subjects. The requirements and provisions of chapters246-220, 246-221, 246-222, 246-232, 246-235, and 246-254 WAC, apply to applicants and licensees subject to this chapter unless specifically exempted.
