Wash. Admin. Code § 246-222-001
This chapter establishes requirements for notices, instructions and reports by licensees or registrants to individuals engaged in work under a license or registration and options available to such individuals in connection with department inspections of licensees or registrants to ascertain compliance with the provisions of the act and regulations, orders and licenses issued thereunder regarding radiological working conditions. The regulations in this chapter apply to all persons who receive, possess, use, own or transfer a source of radiation licensed by or registered with the department pursuant to the regulations in chapters246-224, 246-232, and 246-235 WAC. The definitions contained in WAC 246-220-010 also apply to this chapter.
