Section 246-945-500 - Humane societies, animal control agencies, and department of fish and wildlife chemical capture programs-Designated person(1) Each registered humane society, animal control agency, and department of fish and wildlife chemical capture program location shall have a designated person.(2) The designated person is responsible for: (a) Ordering, possession, safe storage and use of all approved drugs;(b) Maintaining all records required by WAC 246-945-510; and(c) Ensuring all records required by WAC 246-945-510 are available for inspection by the commission or its designee.(3) A registered humane society, animal control agency, or department of fish and wildlife chemical capture program shall notify the commission within ten calendar days of a change in the designated person.Wash.
