Section 246-945-247 - Pharmaceutical manufacturer license(1) An entity located in Washington state that manufactures drugs must be licensed by the commission in accordance with the laws and regulations of Washington state before engaging in manufacturing.(2) The commission shall issue a manufacturer license to an applicant that is in compliance with the requirements in WAC 246-945-230.(3) When operations are conducted at more than one location by a single manufacturer, each location shall be licensed by the commission.Wash.
