Section 246-935-310 - Exceptions

The board may excuse from or grant an extension of continuing education requirements to a licensed veterinary technician due to illness or other extenuating circumstances.

Licensees seeking an extension must petition the board, in writing, at least thirty days prior to the end of the reporting period.
