Section 246-926-030 - Mandatory reporting

Any person including, but not limited to, a cardiovascular invasive specialist, radiologic technologist, radiologist assistant, X-ray technician, health care facility, or governmental agency must report to the department in compliance with the uniform mandatory reporting requirements in WAC 246-16-200 through 246-16-270.
