Section 246-840-730 - Mandatory reporting

Any person including, but not limited to, a registered nurse, a licensed practical nurse, advanced registered nurse practitioner, health care facility, or governmental agency shall always report in compliance with the uniform mandatory reporting rules found in WAC 246-16-200 through 246-16-270.
