Section 246-840-850 - Use of nomenclature(1) Any person who meets the definition of nursing technician under WAC 246-840-010(30) shall use the title nursing technician.(2) No person may practice or represent oneself as a nursing technician by use of any title or description of services without being registered under chapter 18.79 RCW, unless otherwise exempted by chapter 18.79 RCW.Wash.
