Section 246-812-175 - Professional title(1) A person may not represent themselves as a licensed denturist or use any title or description of services without being licensed by the board.(2) A person represents themselves as a denturist when they adopt or use a title or description of services that incorporates one or more of the terms or designations: (3) It is false or misleading for a denturist to use the title "doctor" or "Dr."(4) A licensed denturist shall not engage in false, deceptive, or misleading advertising including, but not limited to: (a) Advertising that misrepresents the potential of den-turism; and(b) Advertising of any service, technique, or procedure that is outside the scope of practice for a licensed denturist.Wash.
