Section 246-341-0100 - Behavioral health -Purpose and scope(1) This chapter establishes state minimum standards for licensed behavioral health agencies.(2) This chapter does not apply to state psychiatric hospitals as defined in chapter 72.23 RCW or facilities owned or operated by the department of veterans affairs or other agencies of the United States government.Wash.
