Section 246-101-425 - Duties-The general public(1) Members of the general public shall cooperate with: (a) Public health authorities in their investigation and control of cases, outbreaks, and suspected outbreaks; and(b) Implementation of infection control measures.(2) Members of the general public may notify the local health jurisdiction of any case, outbreak, or suspected outbreak .
