Section 246-101-230 - Handling confidential information-Laboratory directors(1) A laboratory shall maintain the confidentiality of health care information consistent with chapter 70.02 RCW and any other applicable confidentiality laws.(2) A laboratory director shall establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality of health care information.
