Section 246-101-220 - Means of notification -Laboratory directors A laboratory director shall:
(1) Submit laboratory reports as required under this chapter by secure electronic data transmission.(2) Call the local health jurisdiction in which the case occurred immediately and confirm receipt of a presumptive or final test result for a condition designated as: (a) Immediately notifiable; or(b) Notifiable within twenty-four hours when submitting the test result outside the local health jurisdiction's normal business hours.Wash.
