Section 246-71-150 - Release of aggregate information from the data base(1) The department may provide aggregate information from the data base, with all personally identifiable information redacted, for the purpose of statistical analysis and oversight of agency performance and actions.(2) To obtain information from the program a person or public or private entity must submit a request on a form established by the department.(3) All requests for, uses of, and disclosures of information from the authorization data base must be consistent with chapter 69.51A RCW and this chapter.Wash.
