Section 246-11-130 - Public records
(1) All papers, exhibits, transcripts, and other materials required by or submitted in accordance with this chapter are public records.
(2) Release of information upon a request for public records is subject to the following limitations:
(a) Release of health care information must comply with chapter 70.02 RCW and any applicable statutes or rules; and
(b) Chapter 42.56 RCW governs the release of records.
