On or before the date indicated in the compliance schedule, the city, county or state agency subject to an order of noncompliance shall file a brief indicating the legislation adopted or other action taken to comply with the board's order. A copy of the legislation or relevant portion shall be attached to the brief. The city, county or state agency shall also provide a compliance index including the index from the original proceeding and a listing of all additional material used subsequent to the remand in taking the action to comply, including materials submitted in public comment.
