Section 240-20-020 - Organization of committee

(1) The committee shall elect a chair and a chair pro tem from its membership. The chair pro tem shall serve as chair when the chair is absent. The terms of these two positions shall be two years.

(2) The committee shall develop a set of by-laws to guide its operation.
