Section 230-14-255 - Net income and cash flow requirements when operating punch boards and pull-tabsCharitable or nonprofit punch board and pull-tab licensees must:
(1) When not licensed to operate bingo, ensure that they do not pay excessive expenses and that net income from punch boards and pull-tabs is more than zero when measured over the annual license period; or(2) When licensed to operate bingo, meet the cash flow requirements.Wash.
