Section 230-11-001 - Defining "licensees," "licensee," "organizations," and "organization."(1) In this chapter, "licensee" and "licensees" means those charitable or nonprofit organizations which we require to be licensed to conduct raffles.(2) "Organization" and "organizations" means all bona fide charitable or nonprofit organizations conducting unlicensed raffles authorized by chapter 9.46 RCW, including those authorized by RCW 9.46.0209, 9.46.0315 and 9.46.0321.Wash.
