Section 230-06-065 - Displaying of licenses(1) Licensees must prominently display originals or copies of all gambling activity licenses or permits we have issued in the gambling area of their business premises.(2) Licensees must have the licenses and permits ready for inspection by us, other law enforcement personnel, and the public at all times.(3) Card room employers may choose not to display employee licenses, but must maintain all card room employees' licenses, proof of licensing, or applications if we have not issued a license, on the licensed premises at all times.Wash.
