Section 212-17-275 - Investigation The authority having jurisdiction to whom the application for permit is made must:
(1)Make, or cause to be made, investigation of site of the proposed display for the purpose of determining if the fireworks will be of such a character or so located as to be hazardous to property or dangerous to any person. (2)Determine whether the provisions of chapter 70.77 RCW and this chapter are complied with in the case of a particular display. (3)In the exercise of reasonable discretion, grant or deny the application subject to reasonable conditions, if any, as he may prescribe, taking into account locations, parking of vehicles, controlling spectators, storage and firing fireworks, and precautions in general against danger to life and property from fire, explosion, and panic.Wash.
