Section 212-17-435 - Storage - General(1) Storage of fireworks must be free from any condition which increases or may cause an increase of the hazard or menace of fire or explosion or which may obstruct, delay or hinder, or may become the cause of any obstruction, delay or hindrance, to the prevention or extinguishment of fire.(2) Penalties for violations of this section are provided in WAC 212-17-515.Wash.
