Section 208-630-380 - What are the fees for an investigation?

Unless the person investigated is not required to hold a license, the person must pay the cost of the investigation at the hourly rate of sixty-nine dollars per person per hour expended, plus actual expenses, which for out-of-state investigations includes, without limitation, travel, lodging and per diem expense.
