Section 208-620-573 - Notice to consumers of data breach

If the licensee's data is compromised, the licensee may be subject to chapter 19.255 RCW and may have to provide notices to consumers whose information was acquired. Under certain circumstances notice of the breach may also be required to the attorney general's office.
