Section 208-620-640 - What are some of the federal laws I must comply with when I advertise any loan subject to the Consumer Loan Act?

You must comply with all the applicable advertising requirements under the federal statutes and regulations including, but not limited to, the Truth in Lending Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Federal Trade Commission Act, the Telemarketing and Consumer Fraud and Abuse Act, Mortgage Acts and Practices -Advertising statute, Regulation N, 12 C.F.R. Part 1014, and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
