Section 208-512A-400 - Effect of OCC rules, interpretations and opinions as guidance

Where RCW 30A.04.111 and this chapter do not specifically address certain transactions involving loans and extensions of credit, the division may, as necessary, in its interpretations and supervision and enforcement of banks, be guided by applicable rules, interpretations, and opinions of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in the interest of a bank's safety and soundness, but only to the extent that such rules, interpretations, and opinions are compatible with the provisions of RCW 30A.04.111 and this chapter.
