Section 200-320-320 - Public notice - Solicitations, amendments, and notices(1) Agencies shall post or otherwise publicize competitive contracting solicitations, amendments, notice of intent to award, notice of award, or notice of cancellation using methods and/or systems established by the department of general administration.(2) In addition to using methods and systems provided above, agencies may post or otherwise publicize competitive contracting solicitations, amendments, notice of intent to award, notice of award, or notice of cancellation via other methods and/or systems of their choosing.Wash.
