Section 200-320-725 - Transmission of an appeal(1) An appeal shall be transmitted by the agency to the office of administrative hearings within five business days after receipt.(2) The agency shall provide the office of administrative hearings with the following information: (a) The name of the agency contact in the matter and any contact information;(b) The name of the appellant and any contact information, including address and telephone number;(c) The name and any contact information for other bidders;(d) The name and address of the agency contact for billing purposes; and(e) The name and address of the agency contact where the file should be sent after the office of administrative hearings closes the appeal.(3) The agency shall transmit all appeals to the headquarters of the office of administrative hearings in Olympia, Washington.Wash.
