Section 200-200-18005 - Definitions(1) "Skating" refers to rollerblades, in-line skates and roller skates.(2) "Rollerblades/in-line skates" are defined as skates having rollers or wheels that are in line, generally consisting of four wheels.(3) "Roller skates" are generally defined as skates having four wheels, dual wheels in front and dual wheels in the rear.(4) "Hours of darkness" is defined as the hours between sunset and sunrise.Wash.
