Section 197-11-918 - Lack of agency procedures

If an agency fails to adopt rules, ordinances, resolutions, or regulations implementing SEPA within the one hundred eighty-day time period required by RCW 43.21C.120, the rules in this chapter shall be applied as practicable to the actions of such agency.
