Section 194-40-220 - Public input for planning(1) Each utility must provide reasonable opportunities for its customers and interested stakeholders to provide input to the utility during the development of, and prior to the adoption of, plans identifying actions to comply with RCW 19.405.040(8) and other requirements of RCW 19.405.040 and 19.405.050. A utility may use a single coordinated public input process in the development of its clean energy implementation plan, its integrated resource plan or resource plan, as applicable, and its clean energy action plan or 10-year action plan, as applicable.(2) In assessing whether a public input opportunity is reasonable, the utility must consider barriers to public participation due to language, cultural, economic, technological, or other factors consistent with community needs.Wash.
