Section 182-551-2020 - Eligibility(1) Washington apple health clients are eligible for home health services as identified in the table in WAC 182-501-0060 and subject to the provisions in this chapter.(2) Clients enrolled in an agency-contracted managed care organization (MCO) receive all home health services through their designated plan. EVV requirements are applicable to the in-home delivery of home health services for clients enrolled in a managed care organization.(3) The agency covers home health services for clients in the alien emergency medical program under WAC 182-507-0120.Wash.
