Section 182-526-0345 - Administrative law judge present at the hearing

(1) If the hearing is scheduled as an in-person hearing, an administrative law judge (ALJ) is physically present.

(2) If the hearing is scheduled as a telephonic hearing, an ALJ is present by telephone.
