Section 181-79A-105 - Equivalency of standards

Reasonable flexibility in interpretation of the requirements for certification may be applied consistent with the intent and spirit of the requirements of the appropriate chapter. An annual report of the use of this rule shall be submitted to the professional educator standards board by the superintendent of public instruction.
