Section 174-168-030 - Lost and damaged library resources(1) The borrower is responsible for lost or damaged resources.(2) The borrower is responsible for the proper operation of media loan equipment.(3) When a borrower reports an item as lost or fails to return an item within a specified time, or when a borrowed item must be replaced due to damage, the borrower will be charged the full replacement value of the item.
