Section 174-140-010 - Implementation of State Environmental Policy Act(1) It shall be the policy of The Evergreen State College that all actions taken by the college shall comply with the provisions of chapter 43.21C RCW (the State Environmental Policy Act) and chapter 197-11 WAC, as presently enacted or hereafter amended.(2) The president of The Evergreen State College shall be responsible for administering and implementing this policy. The president shall designate the college personnel who will be responsible for carrying out the duties and functions of the college as set forth or incorporated herein.Wash. Admin.
