Section 173-446-390 - ConfidentialityRecords containing the following information are confidential and are exempt from public disclosure in their entirety:
(1) Bidding information as identified in WAC 173-446-317;(2) Information contained in the secure, online electronic tracking system for compliance instruments;(3) Financial, proprietary, and other market sensitive information as determined by ecology that is submitted to the department pursuant to this chapter;(4) Financial, proprietary, and other market sensitive information as determined by ecology that is submitted to an independent contractor or the financial services administrator engaged by ecology; and(5) Financial, proprietary, and other market sensitive information as determined by ecology that is submitted to a jurisdiction with which the department has entered into a linkage agreement pursuant to RCW 70A.65.210, and which is shared with ecology, the independent contractor, or the financial services administrator pursuant to a linkage agreement.Wash.
