Section 173-407-310 - Ecology's consultation with UTC under Part II(1) On request for assistance from the UTC, ecology must report to UTC whether baseload electric generation will comply with the GHG EPS for the period that the investor-owned utility contracts for the baseload electric generation.(2) Ecology's consultation with UTC includes: (a) Assist UTC to apply the conditions in WAC 173-407-300, 480-100-405, and 480-100-415.(b) Determine if a long-term financial commitment for baseload electric generation meets the GHG EPS based on the conditions in WAC 173-407-300, 173-407-140, 173-407-150, and 173-407-160.(3) Ecology will provide a report within thirty days of receiving all necessary information, unless UTC grants additional time.Wash.
