Section 173-360A-0910 - General requirements.Owners and operators must ensure that:
(1) UST system services are performed by or under the direct supervision of a service provider who is certified to perform the services in accordance with WAC 173-360A-0920 and 173-360A-0930;(2) UST system services are performed in accordance with the requirements of this chapter and any other legally applicable requirements;(3) UST system services are reported in accordance with WAC 173-360A-0230(3); and(4) Records of UST system services are maintained in accordance with WAC 173-360A-0240(1).Wash.
