40 C.F.R. 270.235, Options for incinerators, cement kilns, lightweight aggregate kilns, solid fuel boilers, liquid fuel boilers and hydrochloric acid production furnaces to minimize emissions from startup, shutdown, and malfunction events, is incorporated by reference. The incorporated provision is 40 C.F.R. Part 270 Subpart I, Integration with maximum achievable control technology (MACT) standards.
