Section 173-230-350 - Violations(1) Violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor.(2) Each day of operation in violation constitutes a separate offense.(3) Upon conviction, violators are subject to fines not exceeding one hundred dollars for each offense.(4) Injunctions may be obtained for continuing violations.Wash.
