Section 173-230-220 - Applicability(1) This rule applies to wastewater treatment plant owners, all certified wastewater treatment plant operators, and those seeking certification.(2) The operator in responsible charge and the lead operator of a shift are required to hold valid certifications.(3) All individuals operating wastewater treatment plants who are not required to be certified are encouraged to seek certification.Wash.
