Section 173-186-380 - Documenting compliance with the planning standards(1) The rail plan holder shall describe how the planning standards found in this chapter are met.(2) The rail plan holder shall include in the plan, a spreadsheet provided by ecology on the resources to meet the planning standards as described in this chapter. This spreadsheet shall account for boom, recovery systems, storage, and personnel .(3) Ecology will use the process and criteria found in WAC 173-182-350 to analyze the spreadsheet.Wash. Admin.
