Section 173-180-610 - Class 1 facility-Prevention plan preparation(1) Each Class 1 facility must prepare, submit, and implement a plan for prevention of oil spills from the facility into the waters of the state, and for the protection of fisheries and wildlife, other natural, cultural, and economic resources, and public or private property from oil spills.(2) Plans must be thorough and contain enough information, analyses, supporting data, and documentation to demonstrate the plan holder's ability to meet the requirements of this chapter.(3) Plans, when implemented, must be designed to be capable of providing the best achievable protection from damages caused by the discharge of oil into the waters of the state.
