Section 173-175-775 - Periodic inspection fee computation(1) The department shall charge inspection fees based on the fee schedule contained in WAC 173-175-765. After July 1st of each year, the department shall publish the adjusted fees by providing notice on its internet site, and by providing written notification by mail or electronic mail to owners of high and significant hazard dams. The inspection fees must be received by the department within forty-five days after the department mails a billing statement.(2) Inspection fee computation. Computation of fees shall begin on the first day of each fiscal year. In the case of new dams not previously covered by the inspection program, fee computation begins on the first day of each fiscal year following completion of construction.Wash. Admin.
