Section 170-297-1035 - Fire inspection/certification(1) The license applicant/licensee must conform to rules adopted by the state fire marshal's office, establishing standards for fire prevention and protection of life and property from fire, under chapter 212-12 WAC.(2) The department must not issue a license until the state fire marshal's office has certified or inspected and approved the facility.(3) The licensee must continue to comply with state and local fire code following the state fire marshal inspection.(4) The provisions in this section do not apply to any program that operates on public or private school premises.Wash.
