Section 170-297-2000 - Recordkeeping - Records available to the departmentThe licensee must keep all records required in this chapter for a minimum of five years:
(1) All records from the previous twelve months must be kept in the licensed space as defined in WAC 170-297-0010 and be available immediately for the department's review.(2) Records older than twelve months to five years old must be provided to the department within two weeks of the date of the department's written request.Wash.
