Section 170-297-7530 - Food sources(1) Food sources that are not approved include:(a) Leftover food that was previously served from outside the site;(b) Home canned food due to the risk of botulism poisoning;(c) Donated food from restaurants or caterers that was previously served;(d) Game meat that has not been inspected by the USDA; and(e) Meat, fish, poultry or milk that is from a source not inspected for sale.(2) All food must be prepared on-site unless it is provided by a:(a) Licensed satellite kitchen, catering kitchen or other source licensed by the local health jurisdiction; or(b) Parent or guardian as provided in WAC 170-297-7525.Wash.
