Section 170-297-7515 - Menus and dietary restrictions(1) Menus must be posted in the licensed space in a place where parents and staff can easily view them. Menus must include:(a) Food type and portion sizes planned and served;(b) Two weeks or more of food variety before repeating menus;(d) Any changes that are made posted on the menu.(2) When a child has a food allergy or special dietary requirement due to a health condition program staff must:(a) Obtain written instructions from the child's parent or guardian and health care provider identifying foods to avoid and appropriate alternatives; and(b) Post the child's dietary restrictions where food is prepared and served.Wash.
