Section 170-297-2725 - Portable heaters and generators(1) The licensee must not use or allow the use of portable heaters or fuel-powered generators in any area inside of licensed space during operating hours.(2) When a portable fuel-powered generator is in use:(a) The generator must be placed at least fifteen feet from buildings, windows, doors, ventilation intakes, or other places where exhaust fumes may be vented into the licensed space; and(b) Appliances must be plugged directly into the generator or to a heavy duty outdoor-rated extension cord that is plugged into the generator.Wash.
